Agnes Chang - US CPA, BS Accounting, AICPA

Agnes graduated from Arizona State University with a BS degree in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She first started her career with Deloitte & Touche (Hong Kong) after her college graduation in 1990 and then worked at Ernst & Young (Hong Kong) for about 2 years. She then rejoined Deloitte & Touche until 2003. She has over 13 years of Expatriate tax experience that includes US and HK tax.
